SHIPPING & RETURN

1) Placing your order

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Products marked “In Stock” will ship next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship next day.

Some items will be marked "Available - expect 3-5 business days lead time prior to shipment". These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment.  If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!

TORKmoto does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

2) Order Cancellation

Once an order has a status of "Fulfilled," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed and has been shipped out.

If you are unsure of your order status or to cancel or modify your order, please contact TORKmoto Customer Service as quickly as possible and we will see what we can do for you!

3) Shipping policy

Shipments to Canada

Orders $79.00 and over qualify for our free shipping offer (*see terms & conditions). We understand that when you place an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!      

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped with Canada Post, however we do utilize UPS, FedEx, and some others as well.

4) Shipping Methods

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Expedited Parcel Shipping

Delivery typically in one to seven business days.

Xpresspost Certified Shipping

Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Priority Shipping

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

5) Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

6) Free Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions

All orders $79.00 and over (excluding tires and oversized items) qualify for free standard shipping to Canada.

Orders over $99.00 will qualify for free standard shipping to USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. 

Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, FedEx, or CanadaPost).

Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment.

Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout to receive promotion.

7) Delivery policy

Typically, packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact TORKmoto Customer Service before placing your order.

8) Hazardous Items                  

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to Canada. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.  

9) Tires

We are currently only shipping tires to Canada.

10) Oversize Items

Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to Canada. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc. 

11) Returns/exchange/problems?

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact TORKmoto Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but TORKmoto will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

Returns / Exchanges

Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.        

International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to TORKmoto upon delivery will be rejected.

Restocking fee for returns: We don't charge any restocking fee for returns.

12) Warranty

For warranty claims please contact TORKmoto Customer Service. While TORKmoto will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to Canada for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for additional back and forth shipping charges.

13) International Orders, Shipping Terms & Conditions

To place an international order, please add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and utilize our standard checkout to place your order. Shipping costs and timeline will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information. 

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via Canada Post or UPS from our fulfillment center in Montreal, QC, Canada.

Prices are shown in CDN, US or EUR dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

When "Fast International Shipping" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. Typical transit time will be 5-7 business days.

Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.

Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting Canada, we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.
